I am not rigedly attached to my opinions and beliefs, hell I'm not even rigedly attached to my likes and dislikes. Much depends on who I am sharing the moment with and what they like. I like to do and experience what others like - that is how I have new adventures which I also like very much.

I am intrigued with self discovery in me and I admire that in anyone who is doing the same. I'm attracted to people who have an openness about them self, who are real and present, have zeal for life and enjoy laughter.

Three of my most favorite things in my life are:

#1 My Family - They have always been there in my life when I have needed them, and I really appreciate all they have done for me.

#2 My Car - I own a 2003 Turbo Charged Volvo S60, Man I love this thing, it's easily my most prized possession, everything about it I love, I have recently just put on some new Rims, Tires, SoundSystem, and a few other things, the car is just the bomb hands down.

#3 This is a mix between 3 things I can't really choose, I like a lot, it's my LapTop, that I just got, My Music Libary, that is over 9500 songs large, and my PlayStation 3, man that is the best thing to have when you are bored. :P

Some reasons why my past girlfriends have loved me a lot is because I'm always there for you, if you are having a bad day, I'll be there to help you out with what ever is going on, they also love that I'm real with them, I don't fake stuff to make me sound cooler or better, and one last thing that they love is that I'm not the type of guy to pressure a girl to do something that she doesn't want to do, I just keep it real all the time.

My most favorite experience in the past five years was probably a couple of few ago when I went and worked at my dads body shop, I was about 16, and It was my first job, just being there matured me in so many ways, it has helped me pave out my future as to what I want to do, so it was the best experience I have ever had.

I think I relate most to the movie 8 mile, no I'm not a rapper like Eminem, but he went through a lot of crap to get where he is today, and I have done the same, my past was all full of problems, but I overcame them all and now I'm living a great life.

I am kind, honest, spiritual, sincere, open-minded, loving, intelligent, truthful, and loyal.

I enjoy listening to music, animals, and spending time outdoors. I like rain, thunderstorms, the ocean, and the mountains.

Its hard to sum up who I am, but I am fun, artistic, intelligent, genuine and very open. Humor, and an intelligent conversation is what will win me over. I have a dry sense of humor sometimes, but I know how to make people laugh. I love cars and music. I am a tech, but I am only slightly nerdy... I also do photography, so I know beauty when I see it.

To begin:
In the month of July, on the 27th day, of the year 2009, I arrived in California for the first time in my life; but this was not to be a pleasure visit. Rather, it was to be three months of near completely changing my life. It was in the midst of San Diego that I lived an uncommon lifestyle under the constant supervision of drill instructors. My new home was the Marine Corps Recruit Depot.

I spent, as I mentioned earlier, three months of the most gruelling training in our country's armed forces. I made it through to the end, earning the full title "Marine" on the 23rd of October, 2009. I have spent the past few months furthering my training to become a successful asset to the Corps. At present I am a Private First Class (E-2) stationed at Camp Johnson, North Carolina.

My past experiences were never the way that I would have hoped. I've always wanted to meet that special person in my life. I'm definately not a player, and would never cheat on anyone. I would expect the same in return. If I'm to hook up with someone, I would want it to last; hopefully for good.

I believe the only 3 true religions are atheism, agnosticism, and deism, because they are the only three religions that have no problem with free thought, and the only ones that don't try to convert you. Being an agnostic myself, I enjoy the company of any of these three, because a deist has a 100 times more in common with an atheist than with a christian. I'll read almost anything. With the possible exception of horror. I use to write poetry a lot. But I have not written much the last few years. Sort of lost my inspiration or something, I guess. I like to play pool, it can be a good stress releaser and its fun. I also enjoy doing jigsaw puzzles, they can be lots of fun too. I like to do things with my hands, like sewing, crocheting, latch hooking, and embroidery. Although the RA prevents me from doing some of that stuff now. :( I really am a cat person at heart. If I could, I would take in every stray cat I see/find. When it comes to music, I tend to stick with Country and music from the 50's and 60's. Although I have been known to listen to a few songs by Britney Spears and The Back Street Boys. Was recently introduced to the music of Dar Williams, love her stuff. And I love to watch movies. I think horror is really the only kind of movie I won't watch. I don't care for super violent or war movies. But, will watch if need be (i.e. As a way to spend time with a loved one). And I love Disney movies.

My personal belief is that we each have a heart full of an endless supply of love. And that we are capable of loving more then one person at a time. Although the degree of love may vary from person to person. Which is one of the reasons why I feel Polyamory is such a perfect philosophy/lifestyle/whatever ya want to call it.

I also believe that honesty is the best policy. Even when the truth does hurt. I say the truth now hurts less then being misled and finding out the truth later on. But hey, that's just me.

No, I'm not the guy in the stormtrooper outfit in my pictures. My brother, sister, and I saw him in our hometown, and decided to get a picture of us with him. I'm from Utah, and yes, I'm a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints. You know, "Mormon" or "LDS". My religion is a really big part of my life, and I'm almost always making new discoveries about it and myself. Oh, by the way... There are a lot of... well... crazy (that's putting it nicely) beliefs about us "Mormons" out there. Unlike most Mormons, though, I don't care where you get the information about us, whether it's from LDS.org (our website) or any of the people or websites who seem to... hmm... how to put this kindly... uh, not like "Mormons." I don't care where you get the information, but if you take it from a website, at least ask a Mormon if it's true... There are sites and people out there that will say that we do everything from not dancing(which we do) to eating our children. (Boy, I hope that last one's not true. Wait, if it was, how did I get here?) All I've got to say is never trust a stereotype.

How does one sum up a life. How do you put into a few pharagraph's a whole personality. One can merely try. I've lived in Utah my entire life. I grew up in the mountains near my home town. Seeing that my father was a Park Ranger there for 23 years. I loved it, and it gave me a love for life and the world around me. That I still haven't found often in others. When I see the passion for what someone has for something in life. I strive to make it part of me, or to at least understand what they enjoy so much about it.
I try anything at least twice. Cause I always enjoy knowing for sure that I'm not into it. I'm going back to school this year finally after a long wait. I'm going to be an Engineer who builds and develops green buildings and design.
I love music, and all kinds of different movie's. I love to learn about anything and everything. I talk about anything and everything. I'm up front and honest. I don't like to lie cause I figure the truth is easier, and I enjoy it when others give me the same respect. If you don't like me tell me, and I can respect you for it. I'm not the kind of girl who cries at the end of Titanic. I'm the kind of girl who cries at the end of Terminator 2: Judgment Day.

I am a very laid back person. I like to be around friends a lot. I like to do stuff outdoors but at the same time I love to just sit back and watch a good movie with good company. I am a very honest person and I like to be upfront with people.

I don't really like girls. A lot of them are bitches and/or sluts. I mean I'm not trying to be rude.. but that is how a lot of the ones I have met are. So here is my life story: I was born in Roseburg, Oregon.. and moved to Vallejo and San Diego, California. Lived there for maybe a year. I was a baby lol. Then I grew up in Bremerton, Washington. I love the green state. When I was fifteen me, my sister and my mom moved to Grand Junction, Colorado. Went to high school down there. Met some pretty cool people. Now I live in Provo, Utah. I don't really enjoy this state haha. I mean it's a really pretty place.. but then again some of the people.. ugh lol. Drives me a little insane ;)
Lets see.. I'm twenty three years old. I have had two strokes from antiphosphyliped syndrome which causes blood clots. Not fun.. but it is life : I don't work.. or go to school yet. I have doctors appointments every couple days. Not fun either : But I guess God has his plans for me :)
I WANT to go back to college and become a Speech Pathologist. I have been a patient after my second stroke, with a speech therapist. I think it would be a fun job! But I recently found out if I go to school out here, BYU is the only school that actually does the speech stuff :/ Hmm I guess that's fine haha. Like I could EVER get into that school.
So my favorite animal is a giraffe. I think they are freakin' cute! And Cheshire Cat is my favorite movie character : I love waterfalls. They are pretty!! I miss the ocean. I miss Washington : White roses are the prettiest, best flowers ever! I've got my two best friends.. Jenn and Laura. Jenn is married with four kids and lives here in Orem a few miles from me.. and Laura is married as well.. and has a baby, too.. but she lives back in Colorado :( And then there's me.. alone haha.. one of these days I will find my one true love :
So I like tall guys. I'm five foot nine inches.. and maybe five foot, eleven inches or taller would be wonderful : Personality is more of what I look for. I don't usually go for looks. TRUST is my biggest worry. I have never trusted a guy enough to open up to him. But someday I will find that guy. I want a loyal guy. Someone who knows what they are doing with there life. I want someone who wants to get to know me.. and love me. A guy who really cares when I have a problem with my health. But I don't want someone who is gonna worry about me twenty four seven. I mean it would be nice.. but ya know :

I am a divorced man in my 50's who is looking for a good woman to share some time with. I am a hard working fun loving kind of a guy who only see the best in people. I strive to take care of those I love and care for. I love children and all that comes with them.

Rachel Whiteread's hypostatized spaces sculpted from the interiors of homes. The library scene from Wings of Desire. Neda Agha-Soltan's expressed hope for reform in Iran. All things that have conspired to expand appreciation for existence.
